I wanted to be a Nottingham Ambition Giving Day Ambassador last year after I experienced the community coming together for our first Giving Day. Getting involved at the start gave me one final opportunity to contribute to the university as a student before graduating and it was the best way to close out my time there. It was incredible to see everyone come together to give their support. Let’s build on last year’s success and make this Giving Day even greater! Spread the word and share this moment with as many alumni as possible on October 29/30!

From the moment I started my journey at the University of Nottingham, I knew I was part of something special. Walking through the Yang Fujia Building on Jubilee Campus, I felt my dreams illuminated by the same light that filled the halls. As a bilingual teacher, I've witnessed firsthand how education can transform lives, and UoN gave me the foundation to pursue my passion. Being an Ambassador for Nottingham Ambition Giving Day is my way of giving back to a community that has given me so much. Let's come together to support the next generation of leaders and innovators.
